"I think of smoothie bowls as treats—but one that you can have every day," says Lee Tilghman, the blogger behind Lee from America who blends ridiculously delish and gorgeous bowlspiled with coconut, edible flowers, and all kinds of seeds.

"The ingredient possibilities are endless, they're super easy to make, and you're able to pack in a ton of nutrients in one bowl," Los Angeles-based Tilghman explains.
