Cultivators can set the fixture to turn off and on at desired times, program sunrise/sunset settings, program dimming options and set protective fail safes to dim or turn off fixtures in the event of excessive room temperatures, such as in the event of HVAC failure, potential saving gardens from heat damage.

      As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. Inrarecases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded.       Order Shipment

      Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page). Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order (i.e. ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.

      We are based inPortland, Oregonwith warehouses nationwide.We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too)via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent).Expedited shipping isusuallyavailable for an extra cost.Contact usbefore your purchase if youprefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.

      After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes insomecases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.

      International Orders

      Nearly all ofour brands can be shipped internationallyusing FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers.Most quotes can be obtained at checkout.       Cancellations

      If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP.We charge a2.9%(credit card),3.5%(PayPal/Venmo),4.0%(PayPal International),4.1%(American Express), or6.5%(Shop Pay InstallmentsorSezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received.We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.

      Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
