Order Confirmation

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. Inrarecases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see currentestimated lead times on the product page for each product.

Order Shipment

Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page). Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order (i.e. ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.

U.S. Shipping

We are based inPortland, Oregonwith warehouses nationwide.We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too)via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent).Expedited shipping isusuallyavailable for an extra cost.Contact usbefore your purchase if youprefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.

After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes insomecases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.

International Orders

Nearly all ofour brands can be shipped internationallyusing FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers.Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, pleaseemail usto receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote andwe will notify you via emailon the exact shipping costs.

Some items/brands can be shipped for free.

Items shipped internationally from the USA may haveVAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not LED Grow Lights Depot.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP.We charge a2.9%(credit card),3.5%(PayPal/Venmo),4.0%(PayPal International),4.1%(American Express), or6.5%(Shop Pay InstallmentsorSezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received.We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.

All EZTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.

Returns

Route Refunds vs Reorders

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!

Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked deliveredOrders over $100 USD require a police report

Stuck In Transit(Lost)

Damaged

File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item(required)and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

Yes! When you insure your orders with Route Protect, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds.

What if I need to cancel or return my order?

LED Grow Lights Depot can only reimburse you forRoute package protection if the order has not shipped yet. If an order is cancelled en route or if you want to return your order, we cannot refund you for the Route package protection. No partial refunds for Route will be granted.
